This view is along the Mendocino Coast. As the view should have been the crashing waves in the ocean, I found I liked the morning fog and moisture on the grass along the cliffs. The wildflowers and path lead you back into the cliff area.
This painting was accepted into the 2014 Pastel Society of America Show "Enduring Brilliance."
